Time Warner Treats Albany and Rochester subscribers with New HD Channels

Cable operators are rolling out new HD channels in various markets and this rush is understood, before the satellite major DirecTV starts its HD expansion in September, every operator wants to be in the race and hurrying with the HD expansion. Time Warner also does the same, now the cable operator has added several new HD channels in Albany and Rochester areas in New York
