Exactly a year left for Digital TV transition

From Satellite TV News USA television move towards the analog to digital broadcasts and it’s left with Exactly a year from now as The Federal Communications Commission(FCC), a US government agency, accountable to Congress, has begun the switch many years back and the US federal law requires On February 17, 2009,() should stop broadcast analog format and broadcast in digital format only. Why Congress authorized for the digital broadcast is that the frequencies will be reserved for community safety communications like emergency rescue, police and fire and At the same time the digital broadcast would bring options towards programming and quality of picture and sound.
